You can cancel your sales agreement within one month without giving any reason for the cancellation if you cancel in writing (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or - if the goods are sent to you before the expiry of the cancellation period - by returning the goods. The cancellation period starts on the date you placed the order. The cancellation of the agreement or return of the goods should be sent to:

Roellin-Books, Eichwaldstrasse 3, 6300 Zug, Switzerland

If cancellation is carried out properly, any goods received are to be returned and if applicable, any benefits received are to be returned or cancelled. If you are unable to return any or part of the goods received or if they can only be returned in a worsened condition, then you will have to pay us compensation insofar as is necessary. If goods have been supplied, this does not apply if the worsened condition of the goods is only based on an inspection which you would have been able to carry out in a retail environment, for example. You can avoid having to pay compensation for the worsened condition of goods which is the result of the goods having been used as intended by not using the goods as if they belonged to you and by not doing anything which might affect their value.

Goods are to be returned at our risk. You are to pay the return costs if the goods supplied are the same as the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed 60 euros or, if the price of the goods is higher, if you have not yet made a payment in return or a contractually agreed part payment at the time of cancellation. Otherwise the goods can be returned free of charge.

Once the cancellation has been accepted and carried out properly, obligations regarding the refunding of payments must be met within 30 days. For you, this period starts on the date on which you send your refusal or the goods while for us, it starts on the date on which we receive the refusal or the goods.

The following products are excluded from the right of cancelation:

(a)           Electronic Media (Audio or Video) or Software, unless they are not taken out of their sealed package;

(b)           Newspapers and Magazines;

(c)           Calendars or any other seasonal articles

If, when ownership passes to the customer, the goods are found to be defective, we are responsible for remedying the defect or replacing the goods. We accept complaints within 8 days after receipt of the goods, submitted in writtem form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) to:
